We surf a constant wave of Maxon Cinema 4D, Octane Render and After Effects. These are our preferred tools for doing amazing work, as efficiently as possible!

Our minimum engagement starts at $5,000. This helps ensure we can give each project, no matter how small, the attention it deserves. Most of the work we do (ex: graphics packages) often requires a larger investment to meet creative and technical goals. We’re happy to discuss what’s achievable within different budgets!

We ask for a 50% deposit up front to begin design. The final 50% upon completion and delivery.

We typically kick off new projects within 1–3 weeks, depending on the current production schedule. From there, timelines vary based on scope, creative direction and budget. A full graphics package—including the “big five” (motion headshots, logo loop, interstitials, matchups, and sponsor feature intros)—typically takes 1–2 months to complete.

While we always prefer to plan ahead, we’ve also delivered full football graphics packages in as little as 17 days when needed.

We occasionally use AI to streamline the mood board and concepting stage at project kickoff. Currently, we do not include AI in any final deliverables of a project.
